He's worked so hard for the past 3 years and last night was his FINAL class... He's now earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)!!!

That is AMAZING. Congrats, Jade! The amount of time and effort that went into that, in addition to your many other responsibilities -- definitely something worthy of celebration. And congrats, Ginger. Jade may have taken the tests and written the papers, but you definitely earned this degree right along side him. You all have so much to be proud of.
