Well, I think we successfully put everyone on high alert this past weekend... including ourselves! My belly is packed full of babies and just doesn't want to grow anymore! But thankfully, we have a very brilliant doctor taking wonderful care of us! He's been able to catch everything that has needed to be caught and has worked his magic... to our benefit- more than once! We love our Dr. K and his good family!
I must also acknowledge the wonderful nurses here at St Cloud hospital 3rd floor family unit- they bless our lives daily with their kind care. (Today Wednesday May 6th- is National Nurse Day! So, hug a nurse and thank them today!)
Tuesday morning we had another Biophysical profile (BPP). The babies scored 8 of 8!!! Which was THRILLING to say the least! They were ALL practicing breathing today! That is a major sign of maturing, developing babies! And since we know they will come early- it's nice to see them hitting these milestone and getting as much of a head start as possible. In the past, they've only scored 6 out of 8 which has always been great for their gestational age... but 8 out of 8 at 27weeks 2 days- WHAT A BLESSING these WONDERFUL LITTLE BABIES!!! We are just so proud of them!
Please continue to send prayers our way! The power of prayer is AMAZING! And we are so grateful for the kindness and prayers that have been sent our way. We also ask you to include a couple of people in your prayers this week.
1) Our Dr. K and his family. He has blessed and protected us in so many ways. We'll never be able to repay him for his generosity, but we know we can offer prayers of gratitude, safety, and protection for him and his good family. They are wonderful and we wish them endless joy!
2) Our wonderful friends from TX, Tom and Brenda S. They have had two very difficult losses this week. We ask for prayers of love and comfort to be sent their way!
Stay tuned.... we are thinking we will have THREE MAY FLOWERS instead of Three June bugs!
